Interior Designer and Philanthropist, Austin

Lucy has worked for 15 years as an interior designer. She serves on the Board of the Virginia Parker Foundation, which aims to support cultural institutions in Canada; Ithaka, a non-profit study-abroad program which seeks to educate teenagers in the classics; and the Auberge Saint-Antoine, her family's hotel business in Quebec City, Canada. www.waterfallbath.com

Hilary Adams

Writer and Video Producer, NYC

Hilary earned a degree in urban planning from NYU and worked in the Manhattan Office of the New York City Planning Commission. She then worked as an advertising copywriter, on Wall Street as a writer/producer of print and video marketing materials and as a manager of corporate philanthropy. Hilary spent a number of years as a producer of corporate/industrial and documentary films at Mediaworks, Inc. (producers of the Academy Award nominated My Architect).

Stacy Boge

Stacy is a commercial and fine art photographer and has shot international campaigns for companies including Estee Lauder, Vera Wang and Echo. She teaches photography around the world and has exhibited in New York and Europe.

Ric Burns

In addition to his active role on the Board and his support of BYkids from the beginning, Ric will serve as one of the Film Mentors helping a child in another country make a film. Award-winning documentary filmmaker, best known for his groundbreaking PBS series, New York: A Documentary Film and documentaries on Eugene O'Neill, Ansel Adams and Andy Warhol.

Holly Carter

Holly began her career as a writer and editor at The New York Times and was nominated for a Pulitzer Prize. Since then she lived in Korea as a Henry Luce scholar and print and television journalist; produced the award-winning documentary, Margaret Sanger; co-founded North Carolina's Full Frame Festival; served as a consultant for The After-School Corporation; produced the PBS series Media Matters; and most recently was the Executive Director of The Global Film Initiative.

Cleo is a film distribution and digital media professional. Her film distribution experience includes acquisitions, television sales and business development for independent film distribution companies having been Director of Brand Development at The Criterion Collection and Director of Business Affairs at First Run Features. Currently, she is Senior Producer at Estee Lauder Companies Online, where she produces ecommerce sites and digital marketing projects for 20 global beauty brands. In addition to BYkids, she is on the board of the Big Apple Film Festival and is a member of New York Women in Film and Television.

Melanie Grisanti

Executive Producer of Kids Programming, NYC

An expert on creative development, series set up, budgeting, staffing and studio management, Melanie has served as VP Production for National Geographic Kids Entertainment and produced the 26-episode Pinky Dinky Doo series for Sesame Workshop/Noggin; the 65-episode and Emmy award-winning Stanley for Playhouse Disney; Disney's 101 Dalmations; and 52-episode Doug for Nickelodeon and the feature film, Doug's 1st Movie. Melanie co-founded Grisanti-McLeod, a media strategy and advertising production company with clients including CBS, Coca-Cola, Reebok, Hearst and The New York Times Magazine Group.

Susan Hoenig, VP and Secretary

Among Hollywood's top documentary and television producers, Susan has produced shows such as Kitchen Nightmares for FOX, For Love or Money for NBC, Discovery Channel's World Championship Adventure Race, and Rat for National Geographic.

Eduardo Martinez

Eduardo grew up in Colombia and came to the United States to go to Colorado College, where he is now on the President's International Advisory Board. Eduardo won a Thomas J. Watson Fellowship in 1986 and got his MBA from Columbia University in 1989. He has been at Citigroup since 2004.

Albert Maysles

Albert is recognized as the pioneer of "direct cinema," the distinctly American version of French "cinema verité." Michele Mitchell

A graduate of Northwestern University, she began her career on Capitol Hill as communications director for Rep. Pete Geren.
